- Standard delivery will take 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 2-5 business days for East Malaysia respectively. Orders shipped from the UK will take 7-14 business days.

Can I track my order?
- All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.
  
  When we send your despatched email there can sometime be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 24 hours for your orders information to be visible.
  
  Track your order with JD's own tracking service. All you need is your order number and email adress: JD Tracking.
  
  Track your order with DHL eCommerce using your consignment number. Once the order has been received in Malaysia. Order numbers cannot be used when using this tracking service DHL Tracking.
  
  Track your order with Skynet using your consignment number, once the order has been received in Malaysia. Order numbers can not be used when using this tracking service: Skynet Tracking.
Where do you ship from?
- All orders are shipped locally from Malaysia. Only certain products are shipped from the UK.
