Frequently Asked Questions
- All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.
- When we send your despatched email, there can sometime be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 48 hours for your orders information to be visible.
- Sign into your JD account www.jdsports.my/myaccount/dashboard/ and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.
1. Eligibility
All taxpayers in Malaysia are eligible to receive an e-Invoice from JD Sports.
2. Invoice Generation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email from JD Sports with a standard invoice attached. This email will include a QR code that can be used to request an e-Invoice.
3. Access
The QR code for requesting an e-Invoice is valid only within the same month as the invoice date. Requests made after the end of the month will not be processed, in accordance with Malaysian Government guidelines. 4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure that the e-Invoice reflects the correct details of the transaction. JD Sports is not liable for any inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you notice any errors in the e-Invoice, you must request a rejection within 24 hours of validation via the MyInvois Portal, providing a specific reason for the dispute.
- If JD Sports agrees with your reason, we will cancel the e-Invoice within 72 hours and issue a new one.
- If the request for rejection is not made within 24 hours, or if the e-Invoice is not cancelled within 72 hours, no further cancellations will be allowed. Any necessary adjustments will require issuing a new e-Invoice. For assistance, please contact our customer service team.
6. Compliance
Our e-Invoicing system complies with Malaysian tax laws and regulations as stipulated by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM). We ensure that all e-Invoices are generated in accordance with the prescribed standards and formats, ensuring accurate and lawful reporting of transactions.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our website and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 3-9 working days of your order being despatched.

Free for orders above RM400
Please note, these charges may vary from time to time with promotional activity.
All orders are shipped from the UK, no customs charges apply.
In-store - Exchange and Returns
We offer exchange in-store except for items marked as Non-Returnable.

DHL & Pos Malaysia Pickup - Returns

Please contact our customer service team at +603 84081066 or by email at customercare@jdsports.my to request for a return via DHL (WM) and Pos Malaysia (EM).
a. By DHL or Pos Malaysia Pick Up
- Our team will prepare a consignment note for your return shipment via DHL or Pos Malaysia.
- DHL or Pos Malaysia will collect your order on the designated date.
- Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, you will be notified via email.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method and time taken might vary based on your provider.
Post - Returns
Alternatively, you may also return your purchases to us by post:

Website, Mobile or App order
It can take between 3-5 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
In-store Kiosk order
It can take between 7-14 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is be usually within a few hours.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.
Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.

Orders placed on JD Malaysia website are for delivery to local address only.

Before you contact our Customer team. to advise on stock online, please ensure you've checked the item you require isn't showing as in stock on the website.
Our Customer Care team. have limited information on restocks, the best place to find out when new product is landed is via our social media channels.
