What is your online return(s) policy?

If you change your mind on a purchase, please return your goods to us within 30 days
of receiving your order.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
Due to health and hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear and jewelry piercing products unless faulty. JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to reject your return should the item, its box or packaging be marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
The following products are classified as Non-Returnable Products:
- Nike Dunk and Nike Air Force 1
- All Jordan Footwear
- New Balance 550, New Balance 530, New Balance 990V6
- All Yeezy Products
- All Raffle Products
- Sport Bra(s)

JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to modify or include products classified as Non-Refundable including limited time-based restrictions at any time.

How do I return/exchange my order?

In-store - Exchange and Returns
We offer exchange in-store except for items marked as Non-Returnable.
You are welcome to return your online orders to any JD Sports stores in Malaysia. Use our store finder to locate a store now.
DHL & Pos Malaysia Pickup - Returns
1. Please contact our customer service team at +603 84081066 or by email at customercare@jdsports.my to request for a return via DHL (WM) and Pos Malaysia (EM).- By DHL or Pos Malaysia Pick Up
- Our team will prepare a consignment note for your return shipment via DHL or Pos Malaysia.
- DHL or Pos Malaysia will collect your order on the designated date.
- Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, you will be notified via email.
2. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method and time taken might vary based on your provider.
Post - Returns
Alternatively, you may also return your purchases to us by post:
1. Kindly fill out our returns form found here and enclose it with the items you are returning.
2. Mail your returns to:

How long will it take to get my refund?
- The refund process takes between 7-14 working days for orders placed through the desktop website, mobile website, mobile app, or personal shopper app.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or faulty, or isn’t what I
ordered?

We are sorry to hear that! Please contact our customer service team at +603 84081066
or by email at customercare@jdsports.my, who will
discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will
assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then offer a refund depending on the
results.
Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our JD Sports stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre. The distribution cent will carry out an inspection and offer a refund depending on the results.
